Before Moving to Counselling Venue , You Must Know about this and Must have these things with you.


Fee Structure For different colleges :


Rs 40,000 (AIT , GEC , GBPGEC , DIT,NPTI ) [Govt. Institutes]
 

Rs 53,000 (IGIT, USCT , USIT) [University School of Studies]
 

Rs 55,000 (all others) [self-financing Institutes]
 

If any candidate is desirous of seeking admission in a programme being offered by more than one category of
Institutes (i.e. by the self-financing Institutes/Govt. Institutes/University School of Studies) and fee payable is
different, then candidate can bring more than one Demand Draft of separate amounts in such a manner so
that combination of Demand Drafts may make appropriate Total Fee.

 



Draft Details :-


so draft of Rs 40,000 for Govt. Institutes
and draft of Rs 40,000 + 13,000 = 53,000 for  University School of Studies institutes

and draft of Rs 40,000 + 13,000 +2,000 = Rs 55,000 for Self-financing Institutes

so that if you have combination of 40,000 , 13,000 and 2,000 then you can apply of institute of each category.

 

For example :- if you think that you might get admission in USIT or Ambedkar institute of technology but you can surely get admission in MAIT then if you take a draft of 55,000 with you. In Counselling you get to know that you can get USIT at your rank then its fees is Rs 53,000 and you have a draft of Rs 55,000 , Now how will you pay the fees ???? So if there is such case with you then take draft of Rs 40,000 so you can pay for Ambedkar Institute of technology if you get that college , and 40,000 + 13,000 (2 drafts) so that you can pay for USIT and finally 40,000 + 13,000 + 2,000 (3 drafts ) = 55,000 so that you can pay the fees of self financing institutes like MAIT , MSIT , BVP , ANSAL , GTBIT etc .



Prepare the demand drafts of the respective fee in :-

Favor of :- the Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University  

Payable at :- Delhi.



NOTE :-
On the reverse of the Demand Draft, following information is to be included:-
(i) Name of the Student.
(ii) Name of the Programme/Stream. (B-tech or B-tech/M-tech Dual degree)
(iii) Date of Admission.
(iv) CET Rank
(v) CET Roll No.
(vi) Local Contact No.
